About Me
- Leo Biga
- Thanks to the Internet I am no longer bound by the limits of geography or traditional publishing. My livelihood still depends on printed newspapers and magazines, but I am now testing the waters of the Web. I am an independent working journalist who does culture writing and reporting for Nebraska publications. My subject matter is as eclectic as my diverse interests. Find samples of my work by doing a Google search with my name, Leo Adam Biga, which will bring up links to dozens of stories I have filed for various publications. I also have a Web site, www.leoadambiga.com, where you can see excerpts. I hope to have a snazzy new site designed by year's end. This blog will reflect the same wide net I cast as a journalist. You can also find me via LinkedIn and at FreelanceDesigners.com. In addition to newspapers and magazines, I write for some institutions and corporations. I recently completed a history of a family-owned Lincoln, Neb. company and I am putting the finishing touches on a biography of a maverick Omaha dentist. More book projects may be in my future. On my things to do list this year is rewriting one play and starting a new one.
